DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN YOUR VEHICLES?

Yes, we allow pets. Please note that company policy states that pets must be in a secure pet carrier at all times. We must be notified when making a reservation that a pet will be traveling in the vehicle.

I LOST AN ITEM IN ONE OF YOUR VEHICLES. HOW CAN I GET IT BACK?

Please contact the driver of your vehicle as soon as possible when you think you’ve left an item behind. If your unable to reach your driver please call our main number at (720) 662-8070. We will do our best to get your lost item back to you as soon as possible.

IS TIP INCLUDED IN THE FARE?

Yes, a 20% gratuity is included in the total fare of every trip. You are not responsible for giving the driver a tip when exiting, the driver has already been taken care of. Anything you give the driver when exiting is extra to the amount you already tipped the driver on your bill.

WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?

All fares require a 50% deposit paid thru any acceptable credit card. This is due at the time the reservation is made. All reservations made within 24 hours of the initial pickup require the fare being paid in full. After the completion of the ride the credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance. For round trip reservations we require a deposit of 50% of the full fare including gratuity. After completion of the first leg of the round trip the remaining balance will be charged from the credit card we have on file.

ARE CAE VEHICLES AVAILABLE ON AN HOURLY BASIS?

Yes, all of our vehicles are available on an hourly basis with advance reservations. A minimum charge of 3 hours is required. Please inquire at (720) 662-8070 for rates.

IF WE HAVE A SPECIAL OCCASION, CAN WE PUT CHAMPAGNE OR OTHER BEVERAGES IN THE CAR?

Yes. We would be happy to help you celebrate your special occasion. Champagne and other beverages are available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE I LAND AT THE AIRPORT?

Our driver will contact you by phone call or text message usually within 15 minutes after your arrival. He will provide you with detailed instructions where he will meet up with you. We try to make your arrival as convenient and hassle free as possible.

At the Denver Airport all arrivals are met in the Main Terminal. Once you arrive in Concourse A, B or C from your aircraft, take the underground train to the Main Terminal. In the Main Terminal there are pick up locations on the East Side and West Side, depending on your airline. The limo parking area is located less than 5 minutes from either side. Once you have retrieved your baggage please call your driver on the phone number we have previously provided. The driver will meet you on Level 5 (Baggage Claim Level) directly outside on Island 2 (Limo Island) on the East Side or West Side depending on your airline.

I AM TRAVELING WITH EXTRA BAGS INCLUDING SKIS AND SNOWBOARDS. WILL THAT FIT IN YOUR VEHICLES AND IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE?

Our oversized vehicles have been selected to handle each of our traveler’s skis, boards and one large suitcase and carry-on per person. If you are traveling with extra luggage than you must mention this at the time of booking to insure the proper vehicle has been selected.

DOES CAE ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?

All deposits and payments must be made through the main office. The driver does not accept cash payments unless prior arrangements have been made.

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT?

All receipts are emailed to the email address on file upon payment. If you require additional receipts please call our main office and we will provide upon request.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

A credit card is required to make a reservation. Any reservation canceled within a 24 hour period before the initial scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate and Driver Gratuity. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the initial scheduled pick-up will be subject to the 50% deposit being nonrefundable. This deposit can be used toward a future fare less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the initial pick-up are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee. Exceptions are only made due to extreme weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations or the inability to traverse the roads.
